The hotel's location in the town centre was excellent, making it easy to access all of Soest's sites. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities in the room were good. The room itself was clean and the bathroom was roomy.
All was ok, nothing to complain about.

The hotel is ideally situated in a nice quiet area and a short walk from the beautiful market place. It has secure garage for motorbikes and lovely comfortable rooms.
In some rooms, the bathroom is a bit small. There are no facilities in the room, such as a kettle or complimentary bottle of drinking water.

Conveniently located near the train station and shopping zone. WiFi and continental breakfast available. Clean rooms with spacious showers. Helpful staff accommodated a large group's dining needs. Allowed early luggage storage.

Conveniently located hotel in the heart of a charming and historic town. the breakfast offered a variety of options, including fresh fruit and warm pastries. the staff was helpful and friendly, offering great tips on local attractions and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the proximity to the lively New Year's Eve celebration, with fireworks and music just a short walk away.
parking was a challenge, with limited options in the nearby area.

very clean rooms with no carpets - excellent location on the edge of the pedestrian zone and close to the railway/bus station - great local insights from the staff, and friendly and helpful service- the man behind the counter went above and beyond trying to find me something to drink - even though it was late and everything was closed.
Strongly recommend.
